All the goods sold on our website come with a minimum of 12 month warranty against any manufacturers defects. We will repair or replace Goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act or which show a defect. If you claim that the item is defective, the following conditions apply:
- the defect must be reported to us within four weeks of becoming apparent;
- if the goods arrive faulty or damaged (dead on arrival) you must notify us within 7 days of arrival.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 3 working days to process, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if a product is found to have been misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

Including the below information:
* Order/Invoice Number
* Date of purchase
* Detailed description of the problem
Once we have received your information we will issue with an RMA (Return Authorisation Number, which you will need to include with your return so that your item can be identified correctly.
If the product warranty is covered by a local agent/distributor we will provide you with the contact details of that warranty issue. It is recommended that you contact the warranty issuer directly to minimise and delays.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, We will refund provided that:
- You return the item within 28 days of purchase.
- You provide adequate proof of purchase.
- The item is in resaleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
- It is unused and in its original condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
At our discretion if the above conditions are not met we may opt to accept the return with a 20% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing refund. This may result in a refund being refused.

For change of mind on returns or exchanges, the delivery fee is non-refundable and the item must be return at the customers expense.
