Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placemnt of order.
As we sell through a number of different mediums if an item does become unavailable, we will advise you as soon as possible and an alternative will be offered if applicable or a full refund.
Sydney and Melbourne Warehouses
The carriers we use when we ship from our Australian warehouses are: Australia Post, TNT, Fastway, Australia Post (eParcel) and Allied express. The courier or service we use is dependent on weight and size of the package.
The typical transit times once items are shipped:
Estimated transit times for NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT are 1-3 business days.
WA, TAS, SA and Regional area can take 3-6 business days.
Shipping of server racks and large items are kerb side delivery only.
If delivery is required up stairs this will incur additional costs. Please contact us for a quote.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick up your parcel at your local Post Office.
If your item is delivered by Courier, most couriers will attempt one re-delivery free of charge, after the re-delivery has been arranged by you.
A re-delivery cost may be incurred if you are not home at the arranged time.
As we are an online only business and ship from a number of different warehouses, we are unable to offer pickup.
Free Shipping is offered on orders over $75 Australia Wide.
